ABIGALE

As the name suggests, Abigale is a large-bodied brew that finds its roots in the brewing styles of antiquity; specifically, Belgian and monastic approaches to creating a hearty beverage. Drawing on references from the stained glass detailing of that environment, as well as the shard-like presentation of the candy sugar added to the brewing process, Abigale’s style is reflected back in custom chalice-style glassware and even the fingernails of a committed beer fan.
